摘要 结合H卷烟厂滤嘴棒生产过程中的质量管理情况,分析了卷烟企业在滤嘴棒质量管理中实施MES的必要性。对基于MES的滤嘴棒在线质量系统进行了研究,具体讨论了系统需求、质量管控流程、系统设计功能模型,系统实现技术以及实施效果,通过实施MES滤嘴棒在线质量系统,实现了对卷烟企业滤嘴棒生产中质量管控的可视化、实时化和动态化管理,滤嘴棒生产质量获得了极大的提高。 Combining with filter tips production process quality management of H cigarette factory,it analyzes the cigarette filter rod quality management companies in the necessity of implementing MES,presents quality on line management system.Based on the system requirements,it proposes the quality control processes,functional model,key technologies and the implementation of results.It develops MES filter tips online quality system,the application shows the system can greatly improve the economic benefits for H cigarette factory.
