摘要
对10t熔融葫芦的设计进行了探讨,通过减小原有产品起升扭矩来提高机构工作级别,在此基础上增加安全制动器装置、多重限位装置、紧急停止开关、遥控器等部件,较详细地阐述了棘轮停止器及主要受力件的设计计算。
It analyzes the electric hoist with 10t molten steel rope,improves the work ability by reducing lifting torque.Based on above design,it shows detail about the safety brake,mutil-limit switch,emergency stop switch and remote control,illustrates the design calculation of ratchet and mechanical parts.
