干预管理抗菌药物临床应用的方法及效果

THE METHODS AND EFFECTS OF INTERVENTIONS TO RESTRICT THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ANTIBACTERIALS

目的对抗菌药物临床应用给予多种干预方法进行管理。方法严格执行分级管理制度，分科控制抗菌药物使用率、使用强度，对干预前后住院患者的抗菌药物使用率、使用强度等相关指标进行调查。结果干预前后抗菌药物使用率、使用强度及I类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率下降，预防用药时机在术前30’～2h由28．57％上升至77．78％、预防用药时间≤24h由28．57％上升至88．89％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对抗菌药物临床应用给予多种干预方法进行管理，提高了临床医师抗菌药物合理性应用的依从性。

Objective To manage the clinical application of antibacterials through multiple interventions. Methods Strict management at different levels was made to restrict the frequency and intensity of using antibacterials. The frequency and intensity of using antibacterials before and after the interventions were investigated. Results The frequency and intensity of using antibacterials before and after the interventions and the frequency of using antibacterials for Type I incision declined. The rate of prophylactic use of antibiotics 30 minutes to 2 hours before operations rose from 28.57% to 77.78% , and the rate of prophylactic use of antibiotics for less than 24h rose from 28. 57% to 88.89% （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The multiple interventions to restrict the clinical use of antibiotics can improve the clinicians; compliance of rational application of antibiotics.
