摘要
目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的良恶性鉴别。方法回顾分析15例经螺旋CT扫描并临床病理学及免疫组化证实的胃肠道间质瘤患者。结果肿瘤来源于胃8例,小肠3例,肠系膜2例,结肠2例,肿瘤形态不规则,大小不等,平均径线7.6 cm,边缘清楚8例,边缘不清7例,15例都可见分叶,平扫病灶呈密度不均匀类圆形软组织肿块,增强扫描呈不均匀,明显延时强化。结论胃肠道间质瘤的CT表现无特异性,MSCT是目前最佳的选择,对病变定位、定性有较高的价值。
Objective To explore the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods Retrospective surveys were conducted on 15 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor confirmed by CT scanning, clinical pathology and immunohistochemistry. Results 8 cases of tumors occurred in stomachs, 3 in small intestines, 2 in mesentery, 2 in colons, all having irregular shapes and different size, with the average diameter being 7.6 cm. 8 cases had clear edge and others showed unclear edge. Sublobes could be found in all cases. The focus of infection showed uneven-density round soft tissue tumor, the enhancement scanning found uneven-density tumor and enhancement could be got with time going on. Conclusion Expressions of CT Scanning of gastrointestinal stromal tumor reveal no specificity, and MSCT is currently the optimal choice for detecting pathological changes and conducting qualitation.
