摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定酒石酸托特罗定分散片中酒石酸托特罗定的含量。方法色谱柱为岛津公司C18色谱柱(2507mm×4.67mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.59磷酸溶液(pH7.4),检测波长为282聊,流速为1.0ml·min-1,柱温为30U。结果酒石酸托特罗定在0.1013~1.0130mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率为99.79,RSD为0.88%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快捷、重现性好、准确度高。
Objective To explore the effect of reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) on content determination of tolterodine tartrate dispersible tablets. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of C18 (250 mm×4.67mm,5μm). The mobile phase included acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution (with the pH value being 7.4), a detection wave length of 282 nm, the flow rate of 1 ml · min-1, with the temperature at 30℃. Results The content determination got good results when the linear range was 0. 1013 -1.0. 130 mg. ml-l(r = 0. 9995), with the average recovery rate being 99.7% and the RSD was 0.88%(n = 9). Conclusion RP-HPLC an be effectively used easily, accurately and reproducibly for the content determination of tolterodine tartrate dispersible tablets.
