摘要
目的探讨"零缺陷"管理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法将300例外科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,给予对照组常规的手术护理,对照组在常规护理基础上实施"零缺陷"护理管理。结果对照组患者满意107例,满意度为71.33%,观察组患者满意148例,满意度为98.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室的"零缺陷"护理管理,可使医疗质量趋向或达到无缺陷的状态,对提高护理质量具有积极的作用。
