Research on Creative Approach to Ideological and Political Work in Non-public Enterprises

思想政治工作在非公有制企业中承担着方向导引、服务生产、凝心聚力等任务,但与非公有制经济的快速发展相比,非公有制企业的思想政治工作显得很不相称。应该在分析其思想政治工作所存在问题的基础上,深入探索新时期开展非公有制企业思想政治工作模式的有效途径。

Ideological and political work plays roles in the direction guidance, production service, cohesive power in nonpublic enterprises. Compared to the rapid development of the nonpublic economy, ideolog ical and political work in nonpublic enterprises seems to be out of proportion. Based on the analysis of some problems in ideological and political work, some work should be done in exploring some effective work approach in ideological and political work in the nonpublic enterprises in the new era.
