对于新建师范院校校校园文化建设来说,如何探索校园文化建设的新路径,如何找准校园文化建设的方向,是首先要面对的关键问题。合肥师范学院通过对传统文化的传承与创新,把陶行知教育思想与校园文化建设相结合,为转型期中国高校校园文化的建设开创了新的路径。这种探索对于引领新建师范院校的长远发展,对于发挥"文化育人"的功能,以及实现"立德树人"的育人目标,都将具有积极的意义。

For the construction of the campus culture of the newly-established normal universities, how to explore the new ways of constructing the campus culture and pinpoint the direction of the campus culture construction are the main issues that those schools have to face. Through the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture, Hefei Normal University has combined TAO Xing-zhi＇s thought on education with the campus culture construction, and paved a new way to construct the campus culture for Chinese universities in the transitional period. This practice will be of great significance in leading the long-term development of newly-established normal universities, bringing into full play ＂cultivating people with culture＂ and reali- zing the educating goals of cultivating people with morality.
