追求·探索·变革:大学成功的秘诀——“世界一流大学史丛书”对我国地方院校的两点启示

2012年底,上海交通大学出版社出版了一套"世界一流大学史丛书",分别为《牛津大学史》、《剑桥大学史》、《哈佛大学史》和《耶鲁大学史》。世界一流大学的办学经验,不仅对我国办好一流大学有重要的启迪,也值得国内地方院校参考借鉴。国内地方院校至少可以中获得两点启示:一是大学要持之以恒地追求自己的办学目标;二是大学应坚持自身传统,探索变革以求发展。

At the end of 2012, Shanghai Jiaotong University Press published a series of books ＂A History ot World Firstclass Universities＂, including ＂ A History of Oxford University＂, ＂A History of Cambridge University＂, ＂A History of Harvard University＂ and ＂A History of Yale University＂. The world first class universities＇ experience in running schools has some important inspirations for our universities＇ run ning firstclass universities, and also provides some reference for local universities in China. There are at least two points for the local schools： firstly, universities should persist in pursuing their schoolrunning objectives; secondly, universities should insist on their traditions, seeking development through reform.
