摘要
薄壁精密零件机的发展和应用已有很长的历史,其特征主要表现为对精密度要求高和自身结构复杂等,这些特点均给薄壁精密零件机在装夹方面带来了相当大的困难。将真空吸附夹具应用于薄壁精密零件装夹上,有效地弥补了相关不足,市场前景广阔。本文探讨了薄壁精密零件机加工真空吸附夹具的结构设计,为薄壁精密零件机的应用和发展起到了推动作用。
Thin-walled parts precision machine development and application have had a long history,its characteristics mainly include high precision requirement,complex structural features and so on,which have made great difficulty for thin-wall parts precision machine in the clamping.Learn from the past,look to the future,the vacuum adsorption clamp used in precision thin-walled parts clamping can effectively overcome the defects and has good market prospect.The paper explored the thin-walled parts precision machining vacuum adsorption clamp structure for thin-wall precision machine design,which improved the application and development of thin-wall precision machine.
