摘要
建立了电液位置伺服系统的数学模型,确定了系统的稳定性条件,以及电液位置伺服系统各个环节的特征参数和系统的设计要求。通过MATLAB仿真发现,系统稳定性的性能指标满足要求,但稳态精度不足。采用滞后校正,在不影响系统稳定性性能指标的基础上,提高了系统的稳态精度。
The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic position servo system was established,which determined the conditions of system stability,and gave each part characteristic parameters of the electro-hydraulic position servo system and system design requirements,through MATLAB simulation,the system stability performance indicators meeting the requirements were found,but the steady-state accuracy can not meet the requirements.On the basis of the system stability performance indicators not affecting system steady,lag correction improved the system steady-state accuracy.
