摘要
机载担架支架作为伤员航空医疗运输的重要设备,其结构设计不仅应满足民航飞机装机接口的要求,还应具备良好的机载环境适应性;同时,还应满足伤员在运输过程中的医疗救护需求。本文提出了一种框架式机载担架支架设计,并对其装机固定连接装置的承载能力进行了分析,进而对多种加速度过载工况下担架支架的强度和刚度进行了仿真分析,确保担架支架在伤员航空运输过程中具备较高的安全性和可靠性。
As the important airborne equipment of casualty aeromedical evacuation,the structure design of aeromedical evacuation's stretcher bracket not only has to meet the mounting interface and have the good adaptability of airborne circumstances,but also has to satisfy the medical rescue requirements during the casualty evacuation.A structure design of frame-type aeromedical evacuation's stretcher was presented in this paper.The loading capacity of the mounting fixed connection device of this structure was analyzed,and then,the intensity and stiffness under several kinds of acceleration overload were simulated and analyzed to ensure the good security and reliability of the stretcher bracket during the casualty aeromedical evacuation.
