摘要
通过对深孔镗床设备及其工作原理的研究,针对液压缸缸筒在镗孔工序中出现的缩口问题,将深孔镗床原配的前压盘和导向套进行优化,经过CAD辅助放样设计,保证了配合公差和安装尺寸,设计制作了同时具备前压盘和导向套功能的定位导向工装。该工装在深孔镗床上安装配合顺畅,使用方便,彻底解决了缸口缩口的问题,并可推广到各种缸径缸筒的镗削加工,使液压缸产品的质量得到了保证。
Through the study on machine equipment and work principle of deep hole,focused on the necking problem cylinder appeared in the boring process of deep hole boring,the original of the pressure plate and the guide sleeve were optimized,through the CAD aided lofting design,the fit tolerance and installation dimensions were ensured,design positioning guide work at the same time with the front platen and the guide sleeve function loading.This fixture matched with deep holes boring machine smoothly,and was easy to be used,the problem of cylinder necking was completely solved,and was put into the actual production of the extension of the cylinder bore cylinder boring machine.Hydraulic cylinder product quality was guaranteed.
