摘要 综述了线性振动摩擦焊原理及其在塑壳电池封装中的应用,探究了振动频率、振动次数、焊接压力、焊接时间、封装夹具以及壳体材料等因素对封装质量的影响。结果表明,振动频率越高,单位时间内产生的能量就越大,整个焊接过程所用时间就越短;振动次数决定熔接高度,也决定着焊接后整个电池壳体的高度;合适的焊接压力有利于增强焊接接头的强度;足够的焊接时间可以使焊接界面的分子间扩散得更加充分、均匀;工件与夹具之间的间隙越小越好;此外,壳体材料及其变形量和焊接界面的清洁对焊接效果影响较大。 The principle and the application of linear vibration friction welding in packaging of the molded battery were summarized.The factors that affecting the package quality were explored,such as vibration frequency,vibration number,welding pressure,welding time,packaging clamps and the shell materials and so on.The results showed that the higher the vibration frequency was,the greater the energy generated within the unit time,and the shorter the time used in the welding process as a whole was.The number of vibrations decides welding height,and also determines the height of the entire battery case after welding.Suitable welding pressure is beneficial to enhance the strength of welded joints.Sufficient welding time can make the weld interface molecules diffuse more fully and equably.The smaller of the gaps between the workpiece and fixtures are,the better of the quality was.In addition,these factors have also affected the welding effects,such as shell materials and its deflection,and the clean of welding interface.
