This paper introduced a testing platform for implementing network marketing automation terminal function. The system could test electric energy acquisition terminal in plant and station, load control and management terminal, distribution transformer monitoring and measurement terminal, low - pressure concentrator and collector. The communication protocol in Network access terminal was standard. The defects and faults of terminal could be found in advance. The scene debugging time could be reduced. The collection system construction efficiency was improved. It filled the blank that the electric energy acquisition terminal in plant and station, low - pressure concentrator and collector couldnt be tested.
