摘要 备自投装置在地区电网中应用较多,同时网内的小水电机组大部分通过35kV、10kV线路并入主网;由于雷雨季节丰水期,水电机组出力可能会与局部电网地方负荷持平,从而导致与主网联络线交换功率变低;主供线路故障后局部电网解列,形成不稳定孤网运行;母线残压维持时间大于备自投装置动作时间,使备自投装置不动作,造成变电站失压;因此,解决上述问题需要对安装备自投装置的变电站增设线路保护动作,使主供线路重合闸方式做出相应调整。 Automatic bus transfer equipment was widely used in regional power grid.Small hydropower units within the network were integrated to power system mostly through 35kV,10kV lin.In wet season,the output of hydropower units could balance the local loads in partial electric network,which could cause that tie-line power became lower,local power network split after the main supply line fault,and the unstable isolated network was formed.While the mainte nance time of bus residual voltage was greaater than the actuation time of automatic bus transfer equipment,automatic bus transfer equipment would fail to actuate,which could cause voltage lss in substation.Solving these problems needed to add line protection action associated cut the line of hydroelectric units in the transfomer substation which installed automatic bus transfer equipment.The main supply line reclosure way could achieve appropriate adjustments.
