本文提出一种在目前通用的避雷器放电计数器上加装GSM短信远传系统,从而解决放电计数器动作情况不能适时掌控,需线路停电观测的弊端。

The paper had proposed a common arrester discharge counter that added GSM SMS remote transmission system. It could solve the problems that the discharge counter action was not controllable in good time, which needed to cut off the line to observe.
