摘要
以圆叶绿苋为材料,采用单因素随机区组试验方法,研究猪粪、尿素和复合肥对苋菜硝酸盐积累及品质的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥猪粪和配合施用复合肥尿素显著提高苋菜产量;显著降低蔬菜的硝酸盐含量,改善苋菜品质。
Using single factor experiment with randomized block design,pig manure,urea,compound fertilizers were applied on Circle-leaf amaranth nitrate accumulation and quality in this experiment.The result indicates the accumulation of nitrate in amaranth applied with pig manure and mixture of urea and compound fertilizers markedly increased yield,decreased nitrate content and improved quality of amaranth.
