橡胶树不同品种白粉病抗性鉴定 被引量:1

Resistance identification to powdery mildew of various rubber tree clones

摘要 选取国内选育的50份橡胶树品种,将白粉病菌纯化后进行大田鉴定和室内鉴定,以评价各品种对白粉病的抗性。50份橡胶树品种人工接种大田鉴定结果为:抗病品种6份,中感品种26份,感病品种13份,高感品种5份。室内鉴定结果与大田鉴定结果显著相关,同时菌丝长度范围是26.90~53.22μm。 A total of 50 rubber tree(Heveae brasiliensis) clones were chosen,which field identification and indoor identification inoculated by purified powdery mildew(Oidium heveae) to evaluate the clone's resistance level.The result showed that the resistancesusceptibility diffirence of rubber tree clones was distinct: resistance(6 clones),mid-susceptibility(26 clones),susceptibility(13 clones),and high susceptibility(5 clones).The result of indoor identification was correlated with field one significantly.Meanwhile,the lengths of hypha were from 26.90 to 53.22μm.
