摘要
以甜菜夜蛾为试虫,研究荧光增白剂OB对甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效作用。结果表明,在0.25%~1%的浓度范围内,随着荧光增白剂OB浓度的增加,其对甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效作用不断升高,最高增效倍数达110.2倍。而在2~4龄幼虫范围内,荧光增白剂OB对甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效作用随着甜菜夜蛾虫龄的增大而降低。
The synergistic effect of fluorescent brightener OB on Spodoptera exigua nucleopolyhedrovirus was studied using Spodoptera exigua Hübner as testing insect in laboratory.The testing results showed that the synergy was enhanced as the increase of the concentration of OB in 0.25~1%,and the highest efficiency ratio was 10.2.But the synergy was decreaced with the instar increasing from 2end to 4th star.
