甲状腺相关眼病限制性斜视的手术治疗

Extraocular muscle surgery for thyroid associted ophthalmopathy

目的探讨手术治疗甲状腺相关眼病(thyroid associted ophthalmopathy,TAO)所致限制性斜视的方法和效果。方法回顾分析我院自2008年1月～2010年12月施限制性斜视矫正的39例(40只眼)因TAO致限制性斜视患者资料。结果术后28例达正位,复视消失;8例术后斜视度≤5°,3例有小度数斜视但复视明显改善。结论 TAO致限制性斜视患者于静止期行手术治疗,不仅可消除复视,使眼球运动好转,而且能达到美容的效果。

Objective To identify the method and therapeutic results of extraocular muscle surgery for thyroid associated ophthalmopathy（TAO）.Methods The data of 39 patients（40 eyes） of TAO treated with extraocular muscle surgery were collected and retrospective analysed.Results Restricted ocular movements were improved in 28 patents postoperatively.The strabismus angle were less than or equal to 5 degree in 8 patients postoperatively.The diplopia had been significantly improved in 3 patients with low degree strabismus angle.Conclusion Diplopia and restricted ocular movements are the main indications of extra-ocular muscle surgery in TAO.Timing surgery is crucial,and it is better to be carried out when the disease has been stationary.
