摘要
目的探讨分析双水平无创正压通气对肺心病患者心肺功能异常的治疗效果。方法选取2009年4月~2012年4月在我院治疗的50例肺心病患者资料进行回顾性分析,另外随机选取我院45例肺心病患者作为对照,比较两组不同治疗方法后的效果情况。结果治疗前两组患者在肺活量占预计值百分比(VC%)、最大通气量占预计值百分比(MVV%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及1秒率(FEV1/FVC)水平、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)及静脉血氧饱和度(SvO2)及动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平、平均肺动脉压(mPAP)、肺血管阻力(PVR)、心率(HR)等方面均无明显的差异性(P>0.05),但是经过双水平无创正压通气后两组间有明显的差异性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论双水平无创正压通气对肺心病患者的心肺功能有明显的治疗作用,效果显著。我院对50例肺心病患者的心肺功能问题采用双水平无创正压通气治疗取得了良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect for bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease in patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction.Methods The data of 50 patients with pulmonary heart disease from April 2009 to April 2012 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed.Another data for 45 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease that randomly selected from our hospital was as a control.The effect of the two different treatment Methods was compared.Results Before treatment,vital capacity percent predicted percentage(VC%),the maximum ventilation accounts for expected value percentage(MVV%),forced vital capacity(FVC),one second forced expiratory volume(FEV1) and a second rate(FEV1/FVC) level,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2) and venous oxygen saturation(SvO2) and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2) levels,mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP),pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR) heart rate(HR),there was no significant difference(P0.05).After a bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation between the two groups,there was a significant difference(P0.05),and there was statistically significance.Conclusion The bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation has a significant role in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease of cardiopulmonary function,the effect is significant.My courtyard to 50 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease cardiopulmonary problems using noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of achieved good results.
