摘要
目的探讨在门诊应用深静脉置管技术引流恶性心包积液的临床意义和适应证。方法对15例晚期恶性肿瘤并发心包积液的门诊患者,采用深静脉置管技术,将导管通过导丝保留在心包腔内,定时引流心包积液和注射药物。结果 15例患者留置引流管时间6～24d,均经引流管心包腔内注入白细胞介素-Ⅱ治疗,无严重并发症。结论此法操作安全、简便、费用低,是治疗恶性心包积液的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the clinic application of drainage of malignant pericardial effusion through deep vein catheter at outpatient,and the significance and indication.Methods 15 cases of late malignant tumor patients with pericardial effusion at outpatient service,were drained of pericardial effusion and injected drug timly with deep venous catheter technology to retain the catheter guide wire through the pericardial cavity.Results Indwelling drainage tube time was 6～24d.15 cases of both were injected interleukin-Ⅱ by the drainage tube into pericardial cavity and no serious complications.Conclusion This method is the effective method for the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion at outpatient,it＇s safe,simple,low cost.
