丹参酮胶囊联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗寻常性痤疮85例疗效观察

Danshentong capsules combined with acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery for acne vulgaris

目的观察丹参酮胶囊联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法 165例寻常痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组80例,口服罗红霉素胶囊,皮损处外涂夫西地酸乳膏,每周1次粉刺挤压药物倒膜术;治疗组85例,在上述治疗基础上,加服丹参酮胶囊。6周为1疗程,1个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为80.00%和51.25%(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组,且2组均为出现不良反应。结论丹参酮胶囊联合粉刺挤压后药物倒膜术治疗寻常性痤疮能显著提高疗效,使用安全,耐受性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observate the safety and efficacy of danshentong capsules combined with acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 165 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group of 85 cases were treated with Danshinone capsules and roxithromycin capsules and topical fusidic acid cream; per week, and drug inverted membrane surgery. To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction after 6 weeks. Results The efficiency of the treatment group was 80. 00% ; and the control group was 51.25% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Danshentong capsules combined with acne extrusion and drug inverted membrane surgery for acne vulgaris was safe and effective.
