幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的两种治疗方案效果比较

Comparison of the rapeutic effects of two treatments of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer

目的比较10d贯序治疗方案和三联治疗方案治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法将84例确诊为幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为贯序治疗方案组和三联治疗方案组各42例,两组分别采用10d贯序治疗方案和三联治疗方案进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果①两组患者临床症状均明显缓解,贯序治疗方案组和三联治疗方案组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为85.7%和59.5%,溃疡愈合率分别为97.6%和73.8%,溃疡治疗有效率分别为97.6%和81.0%;②两组患者不良反应为轻、中度不适,不影响治疗。结论 10d贯序治疗方案治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡临床效果优于三联治疗方案。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of the 10-day sequential therapy and triple therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Positive Peptic ulcer.Methods 84 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into sequential therapy group and triple therapy group with 42 cases in each group.Comparison of clinical effect was made between two groups after 10-day sequential therapy and triple therapy respectively.Results ① the clinical symptoms of patients in two groups were obviously relieved,specifically speaking,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of sequential therapy group and triple therapy were 85.7% and 59.5% respectively;ulcer healing rates were 97.6% and 73.8%,ulcer treatment efficiency were 97.6% and 81%;②the adverse reaction of two groups is mild to moderate,which does not affect the treatment.Conclusion the clinical effect of 10-day sequential therapy for Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer is better than that of triple therapy.
