米索前列醇在妊娠高血压综合征患者产后出血治疗中的临床应用

The clinical application of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的探讨米索前列醇在妊娠高血压综合征患者产后出血治疗中的效果。方法选取2008年2月～2012年12月于本院进行治疗的46例妊娠高血压综合症并发产后出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各23例,对照组采用缩宫素进行治疗,而观察组则在对照组的基础上加用米索前列醇进行治疗,后将两组患者的总有效率、用药后不同时段出血量、出血得到有效控制时间、宫缩恢复时间及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,用药后不同时段出血量小于对照组,出血得到有效控制时间、宫缩恢复时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05),而两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇在妊娠高血压综合征患者产后出血治疗中的效果好,不良反应少,且显效快。

Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol in treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods 46 cases of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy hypertension syndrome patients from February 2008 to December 2012 in our hospital for treatment were chosen as the research object,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and 23 cases in each group.The control group was taken with oxytocin treatment,and the observation group was taken with misoprostol for treatment on the basis of the control group.The total efficiency of treatment in different periods after the amount of bleeding,bleeding time,effective control of uterine recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the bleeding in different periods after drugs was less than control group.The bleeding time,effective control of uterine recovery time was shorter than the control group（P0.05）,and the adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of misoprostol in syndrome patients in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage pregnancy-induced hypertension is good,and it is with less adverse reaction and quick effect.
