留置尿管一次性集尿袋更换时间与尿路感染相关性探讨

Relationship of urinary tract infections and the replacement frequency of indwelling catheter disposable urine collection bag

目的探讨留置导尿患者一次性集尿袋更换时间与尿路感染的相关性及护理预防对策。方法选择慢性尿潴留伴肾功能不全留置尿管后、当天尿培养无细菌生长的留置导尿者63例,随机分为试验组和对照组,在不同间隔时间内予以更换集尿袋,追踪监测尿培养,对尿培养阳性结果进行统计学分析。结果尿培养细菌阳性率试验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论留置尿管的患者一次性集尿袋更换间隔时间以1周为宜。

Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary tract infections and the replacement frequency of indwelling catheter disposable urine collection bag and nursing prevention plan.Methods 63 patients with chronic urinary retention with renal insufficiency after indwelling catheter,urine culture were bacterium-free growth of the day,were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,the interval time of replacing the urine collection bags were different,tracking monitoring urine culture.Results Urine culture bacterium positive rate of the experimental groups was different from the control groups（P0.01）.Conclusion It is suitable to replace urine colleclion bag once a week.
