两种分诊模式在肝胆外科门诊的应用观察

Observation of two kinds of triage mode in the outpatient of hepatobiliary surgery

目的探索更适应患者需求的分诊方式。方法采用随机方式对肝胆外科门诊400例患者实施主动或被动分诊,并对满意度问卷调查对比分析。结果接受主动分诊的200例患者满意度为96%,被动分诊的200例患者满意度为63%。结论以患者为中心的主动分诊方式能更好满足患者的需求,更具人性化和针对性,更好体现医院的服务功能。

Objective To explore more adapt to triage patients demand.Methods Using random implementation of active or passive triage in the outpatient department of hepatobiliary surgery in 400 patients,and analysis of the satisfaction survey contrast.Results The satisfation degree of the 200 patients triaged actively was 96%,and the ones triaged passively was 63%（P0.05）.Conclusion The active triage has better adaptability,more humanization and pertinence than the passive ones to reflect the hospital＇s service.
