输尿管镜下碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的护理干预体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的护理干预体会。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的90例输尿管上段结石患者,均采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗,根据护理方法不同,随机分为对照组和观察组,比较2组患者的住院时间及并发症发生率差异。结果两组1次碎石成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下碎石是治疗输尿管上段结石的重要手段。围手术期精心护理干预能缩短患者的住院时间,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi nursing intervention experience.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years,treated 90 patients with ureteral calculi patients,ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy treatment,according to the different methods of care,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and observation group,two groups were compared the patient's length of stay and complication rate differences.Results Two groups of 1 success rate of lithotripsy,no significant difference(P0.05).To observe the hospitalization time and complications incidence of lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic,gravel is an important means for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Perioperative intensive care interventions can reduce hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications.
