早发型重度子痫前期85例期待治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of expectation treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia with 85 cases

目的:研究早发型重度子痫前期的期待治疗方法及效果。方法:选取85例早发型重度子痫前期产妇案例,根据孕周情况分为3组,比较组别间产妇并发症情况和分娩后早产儿预后情况。结果:A组患者出现并发症8例(44.4%);B组出现并发症13例(40.6%);C组患者出现并发症11例(31.4%)。结果:并发症的发生率随着孕周增加而降低,组间差异具有统计学意义。孕周越小窒息及早产儿死亡比例越高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:严密监护下积极有效的期待治疗,适当延长孕周,可明显降低早产儿死亡率和妊娠期并发症发生率。

Objective To study the method and effect of expectation treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia. Method We selected 85 cases of maternal early onset severe preeclampsia in our hospital in recent years,according to gestafional age,cases were divided into three groups to compare the maternal complications and neonatal prognosis after delivery between these two groups. Results In group A,8 cases had complications（44. 4% ）;In group B,13 cases had complications（40. 6% ）;In group C,11 cases had complications（31.4% ） . The incidence of complications reduced as the gestatlonal age increased, with statistical significance, the smaller weeks of gestation, the higher the proportion of asphyxia and deaths, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Positive and effective expectation treat- ment under the intensive care, an appropriate extension of the gestational age can significantly reduce the incidence of neonatal mortality and pregnancy complications.
