高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值

Diagnosis value of high frequency ultrasonography to breast carcinoma

目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法:高频彩色多普勒超声检查乳腺结节患者102例120个结节,超声诊断结果与术后病理或穿刺活检病理结果作对照。结果:超声诊断乳腺癌结节23个,良性结节97个;病理结果显示癌结节27个,良性结节93个,超声诊断乳腺癌灵敏度为77.8%(21/27)、特异度为97.8%(91/93)、Youden指数为75.6%、超声诊断符合率为93.3%(112/120)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声检查操作简便、无创伤,对乳腺癌的及时诊断、及时治疗具有重要临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast canc- er. Method 102 patients （120 breast nodules） were examined by high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography. Ultrasound diagnostic re- sults were contrasted with postoperative pathology or biopsy pathology results. Results 23 breast cancer nodules and 97 benign nodules were diagnosed by ultrasono^aphy. The pathological results showed 27 cancer nodules and 93 benign nodules. The sensitivity, specificity and Youden index of the ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer were 77. 8% （21/27） ,97.8 % （91/93） and 75.6% respectively. The ultra- sound diagnostic conform rate was 93. 3% （112/120）. Conclusion The high frequency color Doppler ultrasound is simple and non - inva- sive. It has important clinical value for timely diagnosis and timely treatment of breast cancer.
