依达拉奉联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的经颅多普勒观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:应用经颅多普勒(TCD)观察依达拉奉联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)与单用依达拉奉血流动力学变化的差别。方法:100例住院随机分成治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。两组治疗前后14 d应用TCD观察大脑中动脉(MCA)血流动力学变化,并进行对比研究。结果:两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的血流动力学变化明显优于对照组。结论:通过应用TCD,为指导临床治疗和评估疗效提供了有力的依据。 Objective To observe the bemodynaraies changes difference between using Edaravone combined with PGE1 and only using Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Method Within 48 hours of ACT in 100 cases, randomly divided into treatment group( n = 50) and control group ( n = 50). Then observed the hemodynamics changes before and after the treatment, and analyzed the re- sult. Results There was a markedly difference between the two groups( P 〈 0.01 ). The treatment group was superior to control group, and symptoms disappeared earlier than control group. Conduslon The technology of TCD can provide a new inductor for clinic selection of rea- sonable treatment and evaluation of effect.
