摘要
目的:观察正畸患者应用粘结型横腭杆加强支抗时的脱落率及对牙周组织健康的影响。方法:将46例临床受试者随机分为两组:试验组23例采用粘结型横腭杆加强支抗,对照组23例采用焊接型横腭杆加强支抗。记录两组腭杆的第一次脱落例数,并比较治疗前、治疗6个月后的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)的变化。应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析,脱落率采用卡方检验,GI、PLI采用两样本的t检验。结果:粘结型横腭杆组与焊接型横腭杆组腭杆脱落率差异无显著性(χ2=0.237 7,P=0.625 9,P>O.05)。粘结型横腭杆组与焊接型横腭杆组矫治前、矫治6个月后牙龈指数差异有统计学意义(t=4.174 0,P=0.000 1,P<0.05)。粘结型横腭杆组与焊接型横腭杆组矫治前、矫治6个月后菌斑指数差异有统计学意义(t=3.108 0,P=0.0025,P<0.05)。结论:粘结型横腭杆可以代替焊接型横腭杆,对牙龈指数和菌斑指数影响较焊接型横腭杆小。
Objective To observe the expulsion rate and effects of periodontal health when orthodontic patients applied bond - type transpalatal arch to augment anchorage. Method The 46 cases of clinical subjects were randomly divided into two groups : In experimental group ,the 23 cases used bond - type transpalatal arch to augment anchorage, the 23 patients of control group used welding - type transpala- tal arch. Recorded the number of falling cases for the first time, and compared before treatment and after six months of the gin^val index (GI) , plaque index (PLI) changes. Apply SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, the expulsion rates were using chi -square test,GI ,PLI were using two - sample t - test. Results The expulsion rate of palatal bar had no significant difference between the bond - type group and the welding - type group (X2 = 0. 237 7,P = 0. 625 9, P 〉 0. 05 ). After 6 months treatment, The ginogival index had significant difference between the bond - type group and the welding - type group ( t = 4. 174 0, P = 0. 000 1, P 〈 0. 05 ). Plaque Index also had signifi- cant difference between the bond - type group and the welding - type group ( t = 3. 108 0,P = 0. 002 5, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Bond - type TPA can replace welding -type transpalatal arch ,the impact of gingival index and plaque index are smaller than welding -type transpalatal arch.
