摘要
目的:分析CT仿真内窥镜技术(CTVE)在鼻内镜手术围手术期的应用。方法:选择耳鼻喉科自收治的行鼻内镜手术治疗的患者60例,分为两组各30例,在鼻窦内镜手术围手术期分别使用CT仿真内窥镜成像技术和纤维内窥镜,然后对其效果进行分析。结果:CT仿真内窥镜成像技术显示鼻腔器官腔壁或腔内的病变形态的效果,与纤维内窥镜显示的效果类似。并且可以从窦口的远端对病变情况进行观察。CT仿真内窥镜成像技术诊断患者29例,准确率为96.7%;纤维内窥镜诊断患者为27例,准确率为90.0%;两组诊断的准确进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CTVE技术不但可以作为鼻窦内镜手术围手术期的无创伤的诊断手段,也是纤维内镜的补充,但是其敏感性和特异性还需要进一步的研究。
Objective To analyze the CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in the perioperative period of endoscopic surgery. Method We se- lected 60 cases of patients who had endoscopic surgery in our hospital, and devided them into 2 groups with each group having 30 cases. They had CITE and fiber enduscopy retrospectively, then analyzed the effects. Results CT virtual endoscopy imaging technique showed na- sal organ or cavity wall lesion morphology, and the effect was similar to fiber endoscope. And can observed remoting to the sinus. CT virtual endoscopy imaging technique 29 patients, the accuracy was 96. 7% ;fiberoptic endoscopy diagnosed 27 cases, the accuracy was 90. 0% ; compared the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion CTVE technology not only can he used as endoscopic sinus sur- gery perioperative non -invasive diagnostic tool, but also complement endoscopy. However, the sensitivity and specificity requires further study.
