摘要
主要研究了电容式微机械陀螺闭环驱动系统,首先对无自动增益控制闭环驱动系统和自动增益控制闭环驱动系统进行比较分析,然后深入分析三种自动增益控制闭环驱动系统,最后提出了电容式微机械陀螺直流自动增益控制闭环驱动系统.
The paper studied the closed-loop drive system of capacitive micromechanical gyro^ope. Firstly it compared unautomatic gain control with automatic gain control of closed loop drive system. Secondly it compared three kinds o{ automatic gain control of closed loop drive systems, at last the paper presented DC automatic gain control of closedloop drive system for capacitive mieromechanical gyroscope.
