摘要
目的:探讨组蛋白H3(PHH3)和增殖抗原Ki-67在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学MaxVision法检测组蛋白H3(PHH3)和增殖抗原Ki-67在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达,并分析两者相关性。结果:PHH3或Ki-67在浆液性囊腺癌、黏液性囊腺癌、子宫内膜样癌、透明细胞癌和腺癌上的表达无差别。年龄≥50岁的上皮性卵巢癌组的PHH3表达高于年龄<50岁的上皮性卵巢癌组,临床分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ的上皮性卵巢癌组的PHH3或Ki-67表达高于临床分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ的上皮性卵巢癌组,腹膜转移的上皮性卵巢癌组的PHH3或Ki-67表达高于无腹膜转移的上皮性卵巢癌组,但统计学分析上无差异。临床分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ的上皮性卵巢癌组的PHH3和Ki-67同时表达明显高于临床分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ的上皮性卵巢癌组(Chi-Square=16.0,P=0.00),腹膜转移的上皮性卵巢癌组的PHH3和Ki-67同时表达明显高于无腹膜转移的上皮性卵巢癌组(Chi-Square=34.0,P=0.00)。卵巢癌组织中的PHH3和Ki-67表达明显呈正相关(r=0.624,P=0.000)。结论:PHH3和Ki-67同时高表达与卵巢癌的腹膜转移密切相关,可能是卵巢癌的预后不良的指标。
Objective: To explore the expressions of histone H3 ( PHH3 ) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen Ki - 67 in epitheli- al ovarian cancer. Methods : Immunohistochemical MaxVision method was used to detect the expressions of PHH3 and Ki - 67 in epithelial ovarian cancer, the correlation between PHH3 and Ki -67 was analyzed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the ex- pression levels of PHH3 and Ki -67 among the cases with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, ovari- an endometrioid carcinoma, ovarian clear cell carcinoma, and ovarian adenocarcinoma. The expression level of PHH3 in women ≥ 50 years old was higher than that in women 〈 50 years old in epithelial ovarian cancer group ; the expression level of PHH3 or Ki - 67 in women of clinical stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was higher than that in women of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ in epithelial ovarian cancer group; the expression level of PHH3 or Ki -67 in women with peritoneal metastasis was higher than that in women without peritoneal metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer group, but there was no statistically significant difference. The expression levels of PHH3 and Ki - 67 in women Of clinical stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were statis- tically significantly higher than those in women of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ in epithelial ovarian cancer group (X^2 = 16. 0, P = 0. 00 ) ; the expression levels of PHH3 and Ki -67 in women with peritoneal metastasis were statistically significandy higher than those in women without peritoneal metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer group (X^2 = 34. 0, P = 0. 00) . There was a positive correlation between PHH3 expression and Ki - 67 expression in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer ( r = 0. 624, P = 0. 000) . Conclusion: The up - regulations of PHH3 and Ki - 67 are closely relevant to peritoneal metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, which may be one of indexes to indicate adverse prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
