国外二语/外语教育视角下的教师信念研究概述

摘要 一、引言 教师信念(teachers’belief)是国外二语/外语教学研究领域中的一个热点问题,其基本含义是指教师在教育、教学过程中形成并持有的关于课程设置、教材使用、教学目标、教学方法、教学管理、教学环境、教学评价、师生角色、学生学习等一系列和教与学相关的因素的具有内在和谐统一的认识、思考、假设和判断。教师信念是影响教师教学行为、教学实践、教学效能和专业发展的重要因素,也是教学改革能否取得成功的重要保证。也正由于此,近二十年来,教师信念受到了国外二语/外语界越来越多的关注,研究层面不断拓宽,研究成果不断涌现,研究成效十分显著。
