血必净对高原绵羊多器官功能障碍综合征的治疗效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血必净(XBJ)对内毒素(LPS)致绵羊高原多器官功能障碍综合征(H-MODS)的治疗作用。方法将18只绵羊随机分为对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)和XBJ组(C组),每组6只。B组和C组绵羊均静脉泵入LPS (6μg/kg)建立H-MODS模型,A组以等剂量的生理盐水代替LPS进行处理作为对照。待静脉泵入LPS后,C组绵羊立刻静脉滴注XBJ(2ml/kg),2次/d,连续3d。B组以生理盐水(2ml/kg)进行同样处理。各组分别于0,3,12,24,48和72h检测血清生化和血常规指标的变化。结果不同时点,B组血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)和肌酐(Cr)水平较A组和C组明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与A组比较,3h时B组和C组的白细胞(WBC)计数骤然下降,3h后又急剧上升,但C组的升降趋势明显比B组平缓。结论血必净注射液能有效减轻H-MODS绵羊心、肺、肝、肾等器官的损伤。 Objective To determine therapeutic effect of Xuebijing (XBJ) injection, a compound injection of traditional Chinese herbs, on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome at high altitude (H-MODS). Methods A total of 18 sheep were randomly divided into control, model and XBJ treatment groups, with 6 sheep in each group. After the sheep quickly reached a highland of 3500m, H-MODS model was inflicted by venous injection of 6μg/kg lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and LPS was substituted with normal saline in the same dose for control group. After that, the sheep in model and XBJ groups were given an intravenous injection of 2ml/kg normal saline and 2ml/kg XBJ injection respectively, twice per day for 3 consecutive days. Biochemical parameters and blood routine indices were detected in the blood samples collected at 0, 3, 12, 24, 48 and 72h after model establishment. Results The contents of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), aspartic transaminase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL) and creatinine (Cr) were significantly higher in the model group than in the control and treatment groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) at the different time points. Compared with the control, the number of white blood cells (WBC) was obviously decreased rapidly in the model and treatment groups at 3h, and then began to elevate suddenly in another 3h later. But the increasing tendency was more smoothly in the treatment group than in the model group. Conclusion XBJ injection exerts protective effect on the heart, lung, liver, and kidney in sheep against H-MODS injury.
