内收上臂缩小切口联合皮瓣打孔固定根治腋臭

A narrow incision under adduction upper arm combined with fixed and punched flap for the treatment of osmidrosis

目的:介绍一种创伤小、效果确切的治疗腋臭的手术方法。方法:术前于超过腋毛分布范围1.0cm标记手术范围。采用局部肿胀麻醉,手术采取腋横皱襞中下1/3处,于1cm切口直视下皮瓣修剪法。经内收上臂,减少切口张力,在直视下彻底修剪皮瓣近端及远端大汗腺层组织。并结合术区皮瓣打孔引流原位缝吊加压固定。结果:在98例(196侧)采用此方法治疗的患者中,189侧治愈,7侧显效。除臭和美容效果良好,无局部皮瓣坏死、腋下明显瘢痕及上肢活动障碍。随访3到6个月,复发0侧。结论:采用本方法治疗腋臭,巧用上臂内收可以明显减少切口长度、皮瓣打孔结合原位逢吊加压降低并发症发生。具有简便、创伤小、效果确切的优点。亦符合美学的要求。

Objective To introduce a effective method for treatment the osmidrosis. Methods Marked the extent of surgery over 1.0 cm of armpit hair distribution Preoperative. Results Patients treated using this method in 98 cases （196 sides）, effect is satisfaction, no local flap necrosis, and the armpit scar is small ,the upper limb had narmal movement. Conclusion The method treatment osmidrosis has the advantages of simple,minimally invasive,the satisfactiory results. and has the aesthetic requirements。
