面部Merkel细胞癌2例

摘要 Merkel细胞癌（Merkel cell carcinoma,MCC）是原发于皮肤触觉小体的神经内分泌肿瘤,也称小梁癌,恶性程度高,在皮肤源性的肿瘤中,它的病死率最高。目前全球有近2000例病例报道,国内报道仅50余例[1]。本文就笔者科室近年来治疗的2例面部MCC高龄患者情况报道如下。
