摘要
心力衰竭（心衰），路途漫漫，走到了今天。过去的一页，已成功地翻过，走出了“强心、利尿、扩血管”心衰常规治疗的误区。今天，生物学治疗的新纪元，已延续了10余年。未来，路在何方？药物治疗遭遇瓶颈？非药物治疗，如左心室辅助装置发展迅速。但，仅局限于终末期的人群。这，就是我们面临的今天。
