经皮置入心室分隔装置在缺血性心力衰竭中的应用
摘要
慢性心力衰竭（心衰）最常见的病因仍然是缺血性心脏病。作为心肌损伤和随后瘢痕化的结果，心肌梗死后心脏发生病理性重构。特别是前壁心尖区更容易发生梗死后局部的显著扩张和室壁张力增大。
