摘要
低剂量辐射(low dose radiation,LDR)以远后效应形式危害人类健康,其中辐射诱导的基因组不稳定性(radiation-induced genomic instability,RIGI)是辐射致癌的主要原因。这其中涉及的机制仍未完全阐明。近年研究表明RIGI与表观遗传学密切相关,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA等。文章就RIGI与DNA甲基化的关系作一综述。
Low dose radiation(LDR) causes potential hazards to human health by delayed effects, of which, radiation-induced genomic instability (RIGI) is the main reason of radiation carcinogenesis. However, the related mechanisms are not yet fully elucida- ted. Recent studies have shown that epigenetics are involved in the initiation and perpetuation of RIGI, including DNA methylation, histone modifications, microRNA. This paper reviews the associations of RIGI and DNA methylation.
