摘要
以往的观点认为,哺乳动物体内主要存在两种脂肪组织——白色脂肪(WAT)和棕色脂肪(BAT)。WAT的主要功能是以甘油三酯的形式储存能量,而BAT则通过产热来维持机体的能量代谢平衡。近年来,人们在WAT中发现了一种与BAT一样具有产热功能的所谓“米色脂肪”(beigecell),这种现象也被认为是WAT棕色化。
