摘要
患儿男，12岁，因“间断咯血1年”入院。1年内共咯血5次，量50～100ml／次，无其他明显不适，曾就诊于当地医院，住院检查未明确病因。既往史：生后即开始反复出现躯下、四肢及面颈部湿疹。1岁行左颈部化脓性淋巴结炎手术。3年前因乳牙不脱落，于口腔科给予拔除乳牙术。10岁时患“水痘”。体格、智力发育同正常同龄儿。家族史无特殊.
