摘要
根据无人机的零长发射原理 ,通过多个型号的发射仿真计算和发射试验分析 ,详细探讨了影响无人机安全发射的固有参数和外部参数 ,总结出影响螺桨式无人机安全发射的主要因素有 :单发螺旋桨的反扭矩 ,火箭推力线相对重心的位置 ,火箭安装角 ,机体发射角 ,舵机死区及发射环境等。最后 ,以发射安全高度、速度、过载为约束条件 ,给出了火箭总冲、推力线位置、火箭安装角、机体发射角、发射风向和风速等参数的确定方法 ,该方法对保证无人机安全发射具有一定的工程意义。
In this paper,a study is made on the natural parameters and external parameters that affect the UAV launch.The conclusions are gotten as follow according to the zero length launch principle and many UAVs launch simulations and launch flight tests,such as the main factors of effecting propeller UAV launch safety are the inverse torque of single propeller, the relative position of the rocket thrust vector to gravity center, the rocket setting angle, the plane launching angle,the actuator deadband and the launch environment etc.Taking the height, speed, and load factor as constraints, a simulating methods is also presented in the paper to determine the total impulse of rocket, the relative position of rocket thrust line, the rockct setting angle, the plane launching angle, wind vector etc. These conclusions and method have important engineering significaticn for solving propeller UAV launching safety problem.
