摘要 桥梁在运营期会受到来自结构内部和外部因素的影响,因此桥梁结构监测系统采集到的结构响应监测信息也必然包含了各种因素所引起的变化,例如温度效应以及其它随机噪声,这些附加信息的存在混淆甚至淹没了结构性能的真实信息,使得结构的安全评价不能有效进行。为了提取反映结构安全性能的活载效应和劣化效应信息,必须将其他各种无用的噪声信息剔除。 Bridge in the operation period are derived from the structure of internal and external factors, so the bridge structural monitoring system to collect the structure response monitoring information must also contain the changes caused by a variety of factors , for example the effect of temperature and other random noise, these additional structural information confusion even flooded the properties of the real information so that the structure of the safety assessment effectively.
