摘要 NF-κB的信号通路与胰岛素抵抗发生发展的机制NF-κB的信号通路密切相关。NF-κB及其相关基因的异常表达在机体的不同部位会通过不同途径间接或直接的影响胰岛素信号的传导从而引发胰岛素抵抗的产生。本文通过阐述NF-κB信号通路分别在肝脏、骨骼肌及脂肪中对胰岛素抵抗的影响,进一步说明NF-κB信号通路与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。 The mechanism of insulin resistance is closely relative with NF-KB signal pathway. Abnormal expression of NF-KB and its related genes in different parts o~ the organism directly or indirectly impact the occurrence of insulin resistance. The purpose of this paper is to show the impact of NF-KB signaling pathway on insulin resistance in the liver, skeletal muscle and fat tissue in order to illustrate the relationship between the NF-KB and insulin resistance.
