光动力三阶段疗法治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:采用光动力三阶段疗法治疗尖锐湿疣,观察临床疗效及安全性。方法:将我科门诊尖锐湿疣患者随机分成治疗组(60例)、对照组(63例),治疗组采用CO2激光、光动力疗法及局部免疫调节剂分三个阶段治疗,对照组单纯采用CO2激光治疗。随访3个月观察复发率及安全性。结果:在随访第1、2周,两组的治愈率及复发率无明显差异。从随访第3周开始至随访结束,治疗组的治愈率均明显高于对照组。第12周时,治疗组治愈率为95.00%,复发率5.00%;对照组治愈率为66.67%,复发率33.33%;差异均具有统计学意义(χ2均为15.71,P值均<0.05)。两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:采用光动力三阶段治疗方案治疗尖锐湿疣安全、高效,耐受性好,复发率低。
