摘要
提出了一种利用光栅光纤组合探头技术对航空油料液位进行检测的方法。该方法是将钢带浮子式液位计检测到的液位信息转换为光栅位移量 ,通过光纤探头探测 ,由光缆远距离传送至中央控制室 ,利用微处理机对信号进行实时处理 ,实现对液位的自动采集和监测 ,具有体积小、重量轻、精度高、可靠性好。
Presents a method to detect aviation fuel level with a novel optical grating fiber sensor probe. The fuel level signal measured by float level sensor is transformed to grating displacement and then transmitted through a optical fiber cable to the photoelectric detector. The method is applied for the technology of microprocessor on real time data processing. So that the automatic acquisition and remote control of aviation fuel level can be rea lized. It has the advantages of antidetonation,good reliability and high accuracy. This paper mainly introduces the systemic principle,configuration and characteristics.
